It feels like just yesterday we were awkwardly typing in our first search query on Google and marveling at how it seemed to know exactly what we were looking for. Now, Google has become an undeniable part of our lives, with over 3.5 billion searches conducted every day. Google is now one of the most influential companies in the world, with its fingers in just about every pie you can imagine. It’s even a verb!

Think about it, where would we be without Google? We’d probably still be getting lost on road trips, relying on encyclopedias for research, and wandering around aimlessly in search of the perfect recipe for dinner. But thanks to Google, a wealth of knowledge is just a click away, and the world is at our fingertips.

But let’s rewind to the beginning. Like all great success stories, Google started in a garage. Co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, both students at Stanford University, were obsessed with the idea of organizing the world’s information and making it easily accessible.
